1. What areas do you serve?

We are based in York, South Carolina, and proudly serve Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas including Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Clover, Gastonia, Huntersville, and nearby cities.

2. Do you offer delivery or drop-off catering?

Yes! We offer drop-off catering for all menu options. Your order arrives ready to serve, hot and beautifully packaged for easy setup.

3. Is setup included with drop-off?

Our standard drop-off service doesn’t included set up . Full buffet setup with display and styling is available upon request for an additional fee.

4. Do you provide staff or attendants?

Yes, service attendants are available upon request for an additional charge. Our team can assist with buffet setup, serving, replenishing food, and light clean-up.

5. How much is delivery?

We charge a delivery fee, which may vary depending on the distance, Final delivery cost will be confirmed based on your event location.

6. Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before the event day We accept cards, check, Zelle, and other secure payment options.

7. How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for guaranteed availability. Large events or custom menus may require additional notice.

9. Can you customize the menu?

Absolutely! We can tailor menus for specific preferences, cultural dishes, or dietary needs such as vegetarian, gluten-free, or allergy-friendly options.

10. Do you provide plates, cutlery, and napkins?

Disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins are available upon request an additional fee.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within the agreed time frame may receive a partial refund of the deposit. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture due to preparation costs.

12. How do I get a quote or place an order?

Simply contact us with your event date, guest count, menu selection, and location, and we’ll provide a custom quote.
